Corporate Social Responsibility

Social responsibility is an integral principle of Kislotoupor's operational activities.

The company allocates funds to support sponsorship and charitable programs that contribute to solving social problems in society.

When selecting charitable projects for funding, we are guided by the criterion of relevance to the company and also take into account the issues of the regions where our production facilities are located.

Charitable donations must:

  • Bring obvious benefit to the public.
  • Comply with the basic principles of Kislotoupor.
  • Significantly contribute to reducing social tensions and addressing pressing issues of local communities.
St. Clement's Church in Toretsk, built on the initiative of Kislotoupor

St. Clement's Church

Initiative and assistance in the construction of St. Clement's Church in Toretsk. The church was built in memory of the fallen workers of the mining industry - miners.

Over 500,000 c.u. were allocated, and Kurdyumiv clinker of our own production was provided for the construction of the church and landscaping of the territory.

Kurdyumiv clinker was also provided for the restoration and paving of the territories of the Kyiv Pechersk Lavra (Kyiv) and the Sviatohirsk Lavra (Donetsk region).

Financial assistance has been repeatedly provided to village councils, kindergartens, schools, hospitals and clinics in the areas where the company's production facilities are located.

Water supply services are provided to residents of Kurdyumivka and Zelenopillia (Donetsk region), including the allocation of over 200,000 UAH, and the company also compensates losses from providing water supply services to the population.

The First Innovative IT Project "Planet of Mutual Aid" (charity exchange) was organized and conducted, for which the company received an innovation award from the Association of Philanthropists of Ukraine.

Together with the Ministry of Youth and Sports of Ukraine, the "Diploma for Ukraine's Development" program was implemented to support and fund the education of talented Ukrainian students at the world's best universities.

Together with UNESCO and the Donetsk Chamber of Commerce and Industry, training sessions on social marketing were developed and conducted for non-profit organizations and small enterprises.
